Telephone and Broadband lines are responsibility of the tenants, who can choose which ever service provider and speed they desire.
All the Telephone and I.T. data points come back to one central buzz bar. It is a simple 'no-techie required' system, that enables I.T. points and phone points to be set up easily for each desk position.
Each work station has two I.T. sockets a single socket and a pair of double sockets. Each office has ample workstations (Sockets) to enable various office layouts
At the exit of each office is an 'ECO-SWITCH' that enables each double socket in the office to be turned off by one switch, enabling easy end of day shut-down, saving on energy.
Each office is individually alarmed. In the event of either an intruder or fire, the alarm will automatically call the tenant and landlord, the alarm is serviced annually.
The site is secured by Electric Gates that automatically open for trading hours and have out-of-hours access by means of PIN entry.
Each office has air conditioning units which are thermostatically controlled from a remote control. The air conditioning units are serviced each year.
